How does the reglazing process work?

Once you’ve ordered online or requested a pack, send us your frames using the prepaid packaging or label we provide. When they arrive, we create your new lenses to your requirements, fit them into your existing frames and send them back ready to wear.

How long does it take to reglaze my glasses?

Most lenses are typically completed within 1–5 working days once we receive your frames and the information we need. More complex or non-stock lenses may take a little longer, and Fast Track options are also available. See our Estimated Production Times for more information.

Do I need to send in my frames?

Yes. To reglaze your glasses, we need your existing frames so the new lenses can be made and fitted correctly. You can send them using either a prepaid pack or shipping label, depending on how you choose to order.

When do I send my prescription?

After ordering, we will send you a secure link where you can upload your prescription and pupillary distance (PD). Your prescription and fitting measurements are reviewed by our team before going into production in our lab to ensure your details are correct.

Can I get a quote before sending my frames?

Yes. If you’d prefer a personalised quote before ordering, you can Request a Pack. Send us your frames using the free prepaid pack or shipping label and we’ll assess them and provide a tailored quote before you proceed.

How much does it cost to replace the lenses in my frames?

The cost depends on your prescription, lens type and any tints, coatings or upgrades you choose. Replacement lenses start from £16, with clear, tinted, polarised, Transitions®, bifocal and varifocal options available. View our price list here.

Is it cheaper to reglaze my frames than buy new ones?

Yes, reglazing allows you to keep the frames you already own and replace only the lenses. You can save up to 70% compared with buying new glasses on the high street.
